100+ milestone templates
From pregnancy firsts through age 5. First smile, first tooth, first step, first word, first birthday, and dozens more — all age-appropriate, all customisable. Add as many of your own as you like.
Yayby is the private, beautiful baby milestone tracker for iPhone and iPad. Capture first smiles, steps, and words with photos, videos, and voice notes — with growth charts, iCloud sync, and a professionally printed hardcover baby book when you're ready.
Thousands of photos. First smiles buried between receipts, screenshots, and dog pics. We built Yayby for the moments you actually want to keep.
A social feed isn't preservation. An algorithm-shuffled Memories slideshow isn't intentional. And your most treasured photos shouldn't live on a company server whose survival isn't guaranteed. Yayby is the calm, private, Apple-native baby book the first years deserve.
Browse 100+ curated milestone templates — from pregnancy firsts through the toddler years — in one gorgeous grid. Filter by age, category, or favourites. Reorder them, rename them, or add your own.
Photos, videos, voice notes, growth measurements — everything you capture flows into a chronological timeline. Look back any time. Print it as a hardcover book when you're ready.
From the tiniest first smile to those wobbly first steps — Yayby makes it effortless to capture, celebrate, and keep every milestone beautifully.
From pregnancy firsts through age 5. First smile, first tooth, first step, first word, first birthday, and dozens more — all age-appropriate, all customisable. Add as many of your own as you like.
Attach photos, videos, voice recordings, or written reflections to any milestone. On-device transcription means your voice notes are searchable later.
Turn your tagged milestones into a professionally produced hardcover baby book — no layout step required. Shipped worldwide in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, or CAD.
Log weight, height, and head circumference. Percentiles plot against WHO child-growth reference data. Metric or imperial. Months switch to years after age 2.
Built for the second baby and the third. Each child has independent milestones, their own growth chart, their own printed book. Twins welcome.
Photos live in your own iCloud via Apple's CloudKit — not on Yayby's servers. Syncs across every iPhone and iPad on your Apple ID. Your data, your control.
Two minutes to set up. A lifetime to look back on.
Name, date of birth, optional photo. Add more than one child any time. No account, no password, no sign-up required.
Tag photos, videos, voice notes, or written moments to any of 100+ curated milestones — or add your own. Log growth measurements as you go.
When you're ready, Yayby lays out a hardcover book from your tagged milestones. Shipped worldwide.
We built Yayby for parents, not advertisers. Photos, videos, and memories stay in your own iCloud — not on our servers. No account required. No analytics SDKs. No social feed. We can't see your baby's photos even if we wanted to.
Honest positioning — because you'll probably ask anyway.
Yayby is built specifically for this. It ships with 100+ age-appropriate milestone templates spanning pregnancy through age 5 — plus unlimited custom milestones — attaches photos, videos, and voice notes to each one, plots growth against WHO percentile reference data, supports multiple babies, and can turn the whole record into a hardcover printed baby book shipped worldwide. iPhone and iPad native, iCloud-synced, no account required.
Tag them into a purpose-built baby app as you go rather than letting them accumulate in the general camera roll. Yayby lets parents assign photos and videos to specific milestones (first smile, first tooth, first steps, etc.) so the baby record stays curated and separate from the thousands of other photos on the phone. Many parents do a short weekly tagging pass and end up with a beautiful organised timeline rather than an unmanageable photo pile.
Yes. Yayby generates a professionally produced hardcover baby book directly from the milestones you've already tagged — no laptop layout step. Fulfilment and worldwide shipping are handled by Prodigi, with pricing in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, NZD, and CAD. Payment via Stripe.
Photos, videos, and milestones live in your own iCloud account (via Apple's CloudKit plus an app-specific ubiquity container). They never reach Yayby's servers. Our backend only handles two things: verifying your one-time unlock purchase and processing print-book orders. It never sees your photos, milestones, or growth data. No account required, no analytics SDKs, no ads. (If you order a printed baby book you'll give us an email for order receipts — that's optional and only used for transactional messages.)
They stay with you. Yayby stores baby content in your own iCloud, not on Yayby's servers. If Yayby ever went away, your iCloud data would still be intact on your Apple device. Any already-shipped printed baby books would be unaffected too — physical print is the ultimate durability layer.
Not on core app features. Yayby uses a one-time unlock of US $59.99 that unlocks every core feature forever. Printed baby books are priced separately per book, in your local currency. We specifically wanted to avoid adding yet another recurring subscription to your household.
Yes — built in from day one. Each baby has independent milestones, a separate growth chart, and their own printed-book runs. No upgrade needed to add additional children. Twins are welcome.
Yes. Universal iPhone and iPad app with adaptive layouts. iCloud sync is shared across every Apple device on the same Apple ID.
Not currently. Yayby is iPhone and iPad only (iOS 17 or later), built on Apple-native frameworks (SwiftData, CloudKit, StoreKit 2). Families with mixed devices typically install Yayby on at least one iPhone or iPad in the household.
Two main differences. First, privacy and data location — Yayby stores baby content in your own iCloud, not on Yayby's servers. Tinybeans is account-based with user content on its servers. Second, business model — Yayby is a one-time unlock with optional hardcover print orders. Tinybeans leans on a recurring subscription and a shared-family-feed social model. If you want a feed for relatives, use Tinybeans. If you want a private, iCloud-native, one-time-purchase keepsake, use Yayby.
